# Item Shop

Tools for getting ahead

Power-Ups introduce a strategic layer to the Yuna Economy.

The Item Shop is where Power-Ups enter the workforce. Different items can create opportunities, modify Pay Day outcomes, target other Yunas or provide protection against them.

Every Power-Up has its own rules. Supply, duration, transferability, targeting and lifecycle can differ from item to item.

**EMPLOYEE NOTICE**

Read the label. Not every Power-Up is designed to help its current holder.
{% endhint %}

### **Item Factory**

Power-Ups enter the Yuna Economy through the Item Factory.

Each Factory release defines the supply, price, availability and acquisition conditions for an item.

Factory Inventory can be released in limited quantities and renewed over time. New Power-Ups can enter the Factory while existing items may rotate out of availability.

```
### **Power-Ups**
Every Power-Up introduces its own mechanic into the Yuna Economy.
The initial Item Factory introduces Power-Ups built around opportunity, offense and competition.
#### **Golden Ticket**
**LOTTERY**
The Golden Ticket enters an eligible Yuna into a dedicated Pay Day lottery.
Eligible Golden Ticket Yunas participate in a randomized drawing for the allocation. One eligible Yuna receives the applicable Golden Ticket allocation.
#### **Molotov Cocktail**
**TARGETED ATTACK**
The Molotov Cocktail can be deployed against a specific Yuna.
While attached to a Yuna, it reduces that Yuna's applicable Pay Day allocation by 50%. The effect remains active until the Molotov is removed.
Molotov effects do not stack.
**Passing the Bomb**
A Molotov can be transferred up to two times and can be passed back to a previous Yuna.
It can be transferred to activated or unactivated Yunas.
A Molotov can also be withdrawn to an external wallet. While held outside a Yuna, it has no active effect.
After its two-transfer limit is reached, the Molotov can no longer be transferred to another Yuna and may only be burned.
#### **Balaclava Mask**
**RANDOM HEIST**
The Balaclava Mask deploys an attack against a randomly selected eligible Yuna from the active workforce.
The selected Yuna receives a Response Window before the effect resolves.
### **Offensive Power-Ups**
Some Power-Ups can be deployed against other Yunas.
Offensive Power-Ups target eligible Yunas and can modify an applicable unsettled Pay Day allocation according to the rules of the item being used.
They do not remove Stock Tokens, $WAIFUS or other assets already held inside the targeted Yuna's ERC-6551 account.
{% hint style="info" %}
Offensive Power-Ups affect applicable Pay Day outcomes.
They do not take assets already held by a Yuna. Existing Inventory remains untouched.
{% endhint %}
### **Response Window**
Being targeted does not mean the full effect resolves immediately.
When an eligible Yuna is targeted by an offensive Power-Up, a Response Window begins. During this period, the owner has an opportunity to respond before the attack settles.
A successful response reduces the incoming effect according to that Power-Up's rules. If the Response Window expires without a response, the full applicable effect resolves.
```
ATTACK
   ↓
RESPONSE WINDOW
   ↓
   ├── RESPONSE       → REDUCED EFFECT
   │
   └── NO RESPONSE → FULL EFFECT
```
### **Attack Cooldown**
A Yuna cannot be repeatedly targeted without interruption.
After an offensive Power-Up resolves, the targeted Yuna enters an Attack Cooldown. While protected, additional offensive Power-Ups cannot target her.
Attack Cooldown prevents multiple attacks from being rapidly stacked against the same Yuna.
```
ATTACK STATUS

PROTECTED
Attack Cooldown Active
```
### **Ceasefire**
The trading floor is not always open for attacks.
During Ceasefire, new offensive Power-Ups cannot be deployed. These protected periods separate active attack windows and create a predictable operating rhythm for the Power-Up economy.
When the market reopens, eligible offensive Power-Ups become available for deployment again.
```
MARKET OPEN                    CEASEFIRE

OFFENSE ENABLED                OFFENSE DISABLED

Eligible attacks               No new attacks
can be deployed. can be deployed.
```
### **Partner Protection**
### Partner Protection
Partners receive additional protection against harmful Power-Up effects.
While Partner Protection is active, harmful effects applied to the Partner Yuna are reduced by 50%.
Partner Protection reduces the incoming effect. It does not prevent the Power-Up from being deployed.
```
PARTNER PROTECTION

ELIGIBILITY        PARTNER
PROTECTION         50%
APPLIES TO         HARMFUL EFFECTS
```
{% hint style="info" %}
**EXECUTIVE BENEFIT**
Partners still get targeted.
They simply have better insurance.
{% endhint %}
### Redistribution
A Pay Day penalty does not create a separate penalty pool.
When an offensive Power-Up reduces a Yuna's applicable Pay Day allocation, the affected amount remains within the same Pay Day distribution and is redistributed across the remaining eligible workforce.
As a result, reducing one Yuna's allocation increases the relative share available to the other eligible Yunas in that Pay Day.
```
PAY DAY
   ↓
ELIGIBLE WORKFORCE
   ↓
TARGETED YUNA PENALTY
   ↓
TARGET ALLOCATION REDUCED
   ↓
REMAINING ELIGIBLE YUNAS
RECEIVE LARGER RELATIVE SHARE
```
### **Factory Routing**
$WAIFUS spent through the Item Factory follows the core utility routing used across the Yuna Economy.
```
ITEM FACTORY PURCHASE

$WAIFUS
   ↓
┌─────────────────────┐
│ 70%    BURN         │
│ 20%    LUCKY POT    │
│ 10%    PROTOCOL     │
└─────────────────────┘
   ↓
POWER-UP MINTED
```
The Burn permanently removes $WAIFUS from supply. The Lucky Pot allocation enters the Lucky Pot system, while the Protocol allocation supports the infrastructure operating the Yuna Economy.
### **After Purchase**
Once acquired, a Power-Up becomes part of the Yuna's Inventory.
What happens next depends on the item. Power-Ups can follow different deployment, transfer, withdrawal, burn and lifecycle rules.
Managing those items happens from the Yuna's Desk.
